Attorney Bryan P. Levy is recognized throughout South Florida as an aggressive, experienced and well respected personal injury attorney. Bryan concentrates on representing victims that have been injured in automobile accidents, slip and fall /premise liability incidents, product liability claims, mold claims, wrongful death, and insurance disputes. Bryan has litigated thousands of cases since he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003, and solely represents injured victims/Plaintiffs. Bryan is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida.
Bryan was born in New York but moved to South Florida in 1982. In 1999, Bryan graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and then graduated law school in 2003 from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Attorney Harris Nizel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania before attending law school at Nova Southeastern University. He graduated law school in the top 1% of his class. Harris began his legal career at an Am Law 100 firm where he worked on transactional real estate and corporate matters. He then became a public defender, trying dozens of cases on behalf of indigent clients charged with serious crimes. In 2012, Harris returned to civil practice with a Palm Beach County litigation boutique where his practice focused on employment law, business, and real estate. Since founding a law firm in 2018, Harris’ work has focused on employment disputes including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower cases. Harris’ diverse background uniquely positions him to effectively represent employees at all stages of litigation.
